MCBuilds | Terms of ServiceThank you for choosing MCbuilds for your next big project! We are very happy you picked us! In this document we will be going over our terms of services. When purchasing any services / products from us you must agree to the terms of service stated in this document. If you do not agree to the terms of service below you are not permitted to use any of our services at MCBuilds. Please do read through the information fully before contacting us regarding our services.__MCbuilds Discord__We at MCBuilds are based on discord and we expect clients and users to act in a professional manner when reaching out to us. We do not tolerate childish/anti-social behavior and hold all rights to remove you from our community if you are seen to disrupt another user's time with us. We take this very seriously and expect you as an individual to do the same.**Discord Rules Overview **Global: Behavior such as swearing, disrespect, racism, sexual harassment, mass pinging without sufficient reason, and general hate is not tolerated.
Service: When requesting a commission you must act to professional standards, we take this very seriously and any behavior deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated.
Advertisement: Any advertisements not permitted by our team are not allowed, if you are seen to advertise you will be punished accordingly.__MCBuilds Commissions__When creating your order you must be completely aware of our terms of service before going into the commission process. We at MCBuilds will not be responsible for clients that are not familiar with these terms of service.__Our rights__Any builds we produce for you are owned entirely by us. You cannot resell them as your own / claim them as your own, unless given permission by us at MCBuilds directly.We have the right to not begin your commission until you have paid at least 50% of the price we have arranged. There are no exceptions. If you want a commission built directly onto a server you are required to pay the full 100% before we begin.Once the commission has been completed we have all the rights to post images of the builds on our socials and portfolio such as twitter, Instagram etc…We have the right to deny our service to anyone for any reason, this could be due to the client’s behavior or their request overall.__Builder Terms__If you find any problems with your product our builders are required to assist you within 48 hours after your commission is completed.After the 48 hours are up it is up to the builder(s) whether they choose to assist you or not.__Transactions__Chargebacks are strictly forbidden. If a chargeback is made during your commission, all work will be stopped and appropriate actions will be taken against you.All Payments must be made through PayPal, and you will be expected to pay the agreed commission amount + 5% to cover PayPal Fees.Refunds are not permitted unless authorized by Management. Refunds will rarely occur unless an issue was caused on our side or an issue in general then we may offer a partial/full refund. If your commission is going well then a refund is unlikely. We have all the right to decide whether a full/partial refund is a correct solution or not.__Privacy__Here at MCBuilds privacy is extremely important to us, but in order for your commission process to go as smoothly as possible, we need to collect some information from you (listed below).PayPal Email
